Marcus was excellent. While the repair cost a lot more than I was expecting, he did a great job explaining what was wrong and what he needed to do to fix it. There was some down time while he waited to get a precise quote for me, and during that time the conversation was great! So courteous and professional. Marcus gets five stars from me!
Ryan who installed our new Kinetico system was very professional. He ensured everything was completed to our satisfaction and thoroughly explained the system and how it functions. Highly recommend.
Nick was very nice and knowledgeable. He explained what was needed and what the costs would be out of pocket. The replacement of parts was done and system tested in a timely manner.
We had our sump pump alarm go off late at night indicating a problem, so I submitted a plumber request to Aquarius online around midnight. I heard back right away and their plumber Gordy arrived by 10 AM to take care of a frozen pipe that fixed the problem. Prompt, efficient, and knowledgeable service at a very reasonable price from Gordy who has been at it for almost 30 years and knows what he's doing. We had come to expect this high level of service from Roger Vadnais Plumbing who we had used for years, and nice to see this continuing after their merger with Aquarius!
Nich was awesome. Very thorough and explained things and answered questions in layman’s terms. Curt and Brad and company were awesome laying out best options, installing, and making sure system was well u sees good before leaving!
Ryan installed a water softener for us.He was very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He took time to walk us through the process before he started and answered all of our questions (and we had many), giving thorough explanations. The install was neat and sharp looking, and the job site was left clean. I strongly recommend Ryan.

Had a fabulous visit from Aquarius to install our new water softening system. Technicians Thomas and Sawyer were wonderful!!! They even helped move a few boxes that I couldn't lift due to a car accident injury. Totally recommend them for any kind of home improvement that you may need!!

Our furnace wasn’t working so we called Aquarius. Within a short amount of time we had a technician here working on it . He had to make a couple of trips to get new parts but had it up and running. It’s so nice to stay warm again!
My furnace was acting up. Aquarius got a tech out quickly, Brandon, who did a super job. He diagnosed the issues, researched my options and walked me through each step. No surprises with cost or repair. Best of all I now have heat!

Aquarius came to our house the day after Thanksgiving to replace our water heater that had quit working the night before. The cost of the new water heater was very reasonable. Cam and Joe arrived and replaced our water heater quickly, and got us back to having hot water. In addition, another issue was noted and Cam came back the following Monday to repair that as well. Cam took charge with the city employees, who didn’t seem to want to do their part. Cam was no nonsense with the city employees and saved us over $300. I am so appreciative of Cam for taking charge. The problem was fixed. He told me what to look out for and I highly, highly, highly recommend Aquarius and Cam and Joe.
