Mike arrived when he said he would. He did a thorough job inspecting the water softener and drinking systems and fixed one problem he identified. Finally, he provided me with a lot of information and was a very pleasant individual!

If I could 6 stars I would cause Chris and his team were phenomenal from the start. Very communicative, friendly, knowledgeable, and definitely goes above and beyond to make sure the customer feels comfortable with the new work being (a new furnace in our case) will happily work with Aquarius in the future and couldn’t recommend them enough!

My heat had gone out and I called Aquarius (formerly Comfort systems). Dan came out and was extremely patient explaining basically how a furnace operates. The furnace is older , yet I didn't feel pressured about anything. I was expecting a higher bill and was surprised at what I paid, very reasonable. A very knowledgeable guy!! The new vans are pretty impressive too!! This will be my go to company!!! I am from Green Bay, WI

Amanda gave us great customer service and Mike, the technician, was very pleasant. He answered all our questions and fixed our problems! We can’t say enough nice things about Mike!Wouldn’t use anybody else! Aquarius, they really have to be the world’s nicest company!

Our technician Mike for very pleasant, asked questions to make sure he understood the issue. He was very knowledgeable and explained his results in terms we could understand. He explained options and costs and was not pushy in any way. He scheduled additional appointments for us so we can have all our options and costs before we make a decision. Highly recommend Aquarius. Great service and wonderful technician.
