Nick and Wyatt were amazing . I’ve had my Aquarius filter system for about 10 years and have had no problems. Lately started making a clicking sound , Nick and Wyatt came out and got it up and working perfectly. Can’t say enough about their knowledge and professionalism. Thank you !!

No heat in MN winter = no good! My experience as a first time user of Aquarius and it was stellar. Great initial call with a friendly and attentive person setting up the visit. Brandon H came to out to service my furnace and was also friendly, attentive, timely, courteous, empathetic, skilled, knowledgeable...all the things. Heat works, I know more, feels good - can't get better than that! Very pleased with my experience and will definitely be using Aquarius moving forward. Thank you!

My regularly scheduled furnace was conducted today 1/16/25 by Brad C. Brad was very personable and helpful explaining what he wasdoing, making recommendations, and answering questions. Hope I get Brad again for furnace and AC maintenance. Thanks Brad.

We had Travis do a maintenance check. As expected with Aquarius everything went smoothly. Travis was efficient, polite & willing to answer all sorts of questions we had being new to some of our equipment. Aquarius is a great organization and will be our go to team.

Aquarius has a client for life! The help, the assurance, the timeliness of all those we came into contact with were wonderful!! One just doesn't see this type of customer service now a days. Both Nick and Wyatt were thorough in investigating my issues, listened to my concerns, communicated effectively, explained options, and FIXED MY ISSUES! And my dog loved them both!!

Justin was an awesome technician! Arrived ready to go, quickly assessing the Kinetico system and then narrowing in on the specific item for the service. He quickly identified the cause of the problem, taking the time to provide a visual example of what was happening. During his visit he also identified a check valve starting to show its age. Justin detailed what is happening and his concern level, not pushing to be a salesmen, but being realistic that it’s a low concerning item. That being said, Justin did quality work on the softener so I had him take care of the check valve as well. Highly recommend Aquarius and the quality work of their technicians like Justin.
