Jon was a great technician! We've had with drinking system with Aquarius for a few years now, and he came to hook it back up after kitchen remodel. Unfortunately, he found out just about everything was messed up with our old unit, and stuck with things until he got it working correctly.

Colton was very punctual and courteous. We had other sales personnel meeting with us at the same time and he went right to work in our utility room and installed the water softener. He came out only when he needed to see me about where I wanted it set up, and we were able to get it done and finish with the other couple. He explained the system to us along with the drinking system that he also installed after he finished the water softener. He was able to answer all out questions and made sure that everything was picked up before he left.

Ryan came and installed a Kinetico system and did an amazing job. There were customizations needed and he handled all of that perfectly. With new equipment, the difference in our water is night and day!

Ben was so knowledgeable with our water system. Also very friendly!
