Our furnace wasn’t working so we called Aquarius. Within a short amount of time we had a technician here working on it . He had to make a couple of trips to get new parts but had it up and running. It’s so nice to stay warm again!
My furnace was acting up. Aquarius got a tech out quickly, Brandon, who did a super job. He diagnosed the issues, researched my options and walked me through each step. No surprises with cost or repair. Best of all I now have heat!
Had a new softener and water system installed today by Tom and his helper Sawyer. These two guys were over the top excellent installers, professional, polite and knowledgeable! I couldn’t be more pleased with their 5 star service!!! They represent your company well. I’m a very happy customer!Bob

Aquarius came to our house the day after Thanksgiving to replace our water heater that had quit working the night before. The cost of the new water heater was very reasonable. Cam and Joe arrived and replaced our water heater quickly, and got us back to having hot water. In addition, another issue was noted and Cam came back the following Monday to repair that as well. Cam took charge with the city employees, who didn’t seem to want to do their part. Cam was no nonsense with the city employees and saved us over $300. I am so appreciative of Cam for taking charge. The problem was fixed. He told me what to look out for and I highly, highly, highly recommend Aquarius and Cam and Joe.
Thank you Michael for the quick and trouble free removal of our old Kinetico well water softener and the installation of our new Kinetico well water softener system. Thanks for taking the time to explain the new system including the valve system and how to easily change the water filter. We have been a customer of Aquarius Home Services for over 33 years and have always been very satisfied with their friendly and prompt services.Thank you Kong for your expertise and excellent customer service diagnosing the hardness and iron coming from my well water and also thoroughly testing my Kinetico water softener. I cannot thank Aquarius and their team enough. Our furnace gave out the day before Thanksgiving. Mike Sippel came over same day and walked us through our options. He was super knowledgeable, friendly and professional. 7am the morning after Thanksgiving Brad and his team were there to install our new HVAC. 10/10 service from start to finish.
I called several plumbers and Aquarius was the only one who squeezed me in at the end of a day before a holiday weekend. Stephen came and looked over the multiple issues I had and walked me through the different options of repairing or replacing. Within an hour, my problem was fixed. I would recommend Aquarius Home Services to everyone for water treatment. Craig was able to come in the evening to fit our schedules when all the “other guys” only do daytime appointments. Alex was great on the install. He was able to make it out the next day, and got our Kinetico water softener and K5 drinking water filter setup and rocking just in time for Thanksgiving. 10/10, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, 👍👍.
