August 2025 - System Replacement Consultation - We were extremely lucky to have Derek(Water Conditioning Yoda) install our original water conditioning system over 13 years ago. August 2025 - System Replacement Issue Resolution - Had the good fortune of working with Becky(Resolution Specialist) and Ruth(Membership Specialist) on a couple issues that happened along the way. Ruth’s elite forensic accounting skills along with her endless patience with me as a slow learner allowed us to work through a billing issue very quickly. Ruth was always understanding, thoughtful, considerate and very helpful. Becky helped bring everything home by addressing and resolving any speed bumps we experienced. Becky is responsive, understanding and very fair which allows her to be outstanding at arbitrating and resolving all those wonderful topics that land on her desk. August 2025 - System Replacement Consultation - Had the honor of partnering with Jennifer(Sales Specialist) to determine the best course of action given our situation. Jennifer was an absolute pleasure to work with. Jennifer is fun, knowledgable, supportive, understanding and just overall AMAZING. Jennifer identified the best system for us, was transparent with pricing and worked her scheduling magic to have the system installed as quickly as possible. Jennifer is an absolute delight!
August 2025 - Annual System Maintenance Visit: Had the distinct pleasure of working with Sawyer for the first time today during our Annual System Maintenance Visit which uncovered several issues requiring attention. System issues are never fun but I couldn’t have asked for a better partner to think through the issues, develop a plan of attack and execute against that plan. Sawyer is articulate, empathetic, kind, professional, courteous & extremely knowledgeable. I am very thankful that Sawyer is by my side to determine the best way to navigate these unexpected issues.
