Really appreciated having such a knowledgeable and gracious technician. Hope he is assigned to us for our next scheduled service in about 6 months.

Cory provided the annual service for our system. He was very professional and answered all of my questions. He was on time and communicated very well regarding his arrival time. He was very neat in his work and offered suggestions for other services that I asked about. The water system works great, and we know we have safe filtered water for drinking and soft water throughout the house which is great for showers and laundry. We are very happy with our Kinetico system. We were previous Culligan customers for years, but find this to be a much better and more efficient system. Thanks again Cory!

Our service guy Jon Anderson was great! He was very knowledgeable and in no rush to make sure all our needs were met and everything was properly fixed. I also liked that he explained everything he did and what was going on with my system in terms I could understand. I saved his card and will be sure to request him for the next time.

Dustin was great. He explained to me each step along the way what he was doing and then showed me the dirty filter and we talked a little bit about water usage and when I should schedule my next service.
