Aquarius gentleman are very efficient and personable. Explain everything they will be doing and asking questions I have concerns about. I rated them at a 10 level.

I got the maintenance services on my water softener system. Brian Mahan was there and provided an excellent services. Brian is knowledge and neat. He went thru his works and I did learn something new about maintenance and tips. Thank you Brian
Micah did a great job. Clean, informative and efficient. I appreciated his expertise in helping me understand what I need vs what is preventative.

Justin was prompt and friendly for our maintenance check-up. I had a few questions and minors concerns and he addressed them with great information.
The service tech was great, very friendly
Hana did very, very well. About the only thing not up to par was the attempt to contact us when she started to our location. I talked with her about the multiple calls without response and she plans to mention it to those involved. Not something she could correct.

Wyatt was a very knowledgeable young man. He was very clear to us on what our options were on our water softener, and the price too. Not pushy at all. Would ask for him again. Very respectful.
We had the water filtration system put into our house.
Ryan Hoey was our technician. He did an amazing job! He was knowledgeable about the job. He went above and beyond our expectations. We have 2 dogs, and he was great with them also. Big plus!

The technicians, Nate and AJ, were very polite and honest. They made sure that everything was thoroughly explained and gave me lots of options!

Xeng was the best technician I’ve ever had from Aquarius. He was extremely personable, thorough, and courteous to our needs. He was the only tech that tested my water and his communication was A++. He is a valuable asset to Aquarius. I gave him 5 stars without any doubt. I’d personally give him 12 stars if it was an option. I will request his services on my next appointment.

Terrible service…I am supposed to be contacted for my 5 month service on Hvac and water softener… never contacted so I finally call and they will not get me for 3 months even though I have paid monthly for the service. Pipe is leaking and they still will not come out to service.
