Two days after having Aquarius come out and solve a leaky drain issue, my water heater decided to die! Their tech, Max was great. He solved the leaky pipe issue and and gave me options to consider for the future but was not pushy. When I discovered the water heater issue I called Aquarius again since they were so awesome earlier in the week. Micah came out in less than 24 hours. He was on time and friendly. I have had this water heater since 2002! Once again Aquarius was easy to schedule with and had someone out the next day! 3 hours after arriving, I had a nice shiny new water heater! The techs were friendly and professional. They answered all my questions and did a great job! I highly recommend Aquarius Home Services!

Very impressed with service!
Great service! We just purchased our new home, which came with an aquarium water filtration system. Xeng Vue was our technician, and he was awesome—very knowledgeable and helpful. Since my family is new to their service, Xeng took the time to walk us through all the equipment. We really appreciated it.

Jon replaced our Kinetico water filter and tested our water to make sure our system is working correctly. Gave me tips on how to replace filter myself. Very helpful and professional.

Aquarius was very responsive to the fact that our kitchen plumbing needed to be reconnected after new countertops were installed. Minimal dowtime as a result, and a very professional job.

Discovered slight leak in system for drinking water and called to report problem. Joe was reassigned and came within 2 hours to assess the situation. Turns out he found a leaking gasket not where I thought the problem was located. Replacement of valve solved the issue within 1 hour thanks to his “detective” work. Very happy with company and response time in what I had considered an emergency.

First time water softener owner here. Mike was our technician and was on time, communicated well, and explained how the system works as well as scheduled maintenance tasks. Very pleased with our experience.

We had two gentleman out to our house to fix some leaking pipes and install a bathtub. They were professional and willing to answer all of our questions. This is the second time we have hired Aquarius to do a project for us, and won’t be the last time!

We had a whole home water softener/filtration system installed, as well as a reverse osmosis drinking water faucet at kitchen sink. Installer, Tom, was super friendly and very good at explaining what he was doing, as well as what the systems will be doing for us. Absolutely fantastic! Thank you, Aquarius!!

Just like to thank Thomas he came in he was very professional he looked at her water system he knew exactly what to do we had a little bit of a conversation He's very respectful good worker thank you I also like the fact that you have younger people working in the trades their respectful and hard workers thank you so much keep up the good work

Andrew was out today to service our drinking water system. It went very smoothly. We deal with Aquarius a lot and I’m always impressed by the technicians who come out to service our equipment. Like Andrew, they are unfailingly friendly, professional and great at their jobs.
