Soft water system was not working properly.

Peter Maroles Marte came to look at our pressure pump and diagnosed problem and had to replace a couple of switches that were getting old. He did an excellent job and cleaned everything up after himself. I asked Pete if he could help me with a new toilet seat and shower head which he did all the work of getting the replacements and replaced everything I asked with no problem. What a wonderful employee and I would always see if I could get Pete to take care of any of my plumbing needs as he is so helpful explaining things and making suggestions.

We had multiple visits recently that included Shawn's initial and last visit for our water softener. Subsequent visits were made by Micah for plumbing needs that included a new well pressure tank, hot water heater, and sump pump. All are working well and we are pleased with the great service we received. All were very professional and pleasant. All questions were answered and everyone was conscientious with cleanup.

I had eight electrical issues to address. Because of a difficult prior job, Nate and Mao did not arrive until after 3:30. I was worried that they would only have time to complete a few projects, but they stayed late to complete all eight items, which I appreciated. They were professtional, patient, and thorough. Thank you, Nate and Mao!
