Mike did a wonderful job installing our Kinetico water system. He install it in a timely manner, he was extremely kind, & knowledgeable about any questions we had. We are very grateful!

Had a fantastic crew out to set up AC in my home. From the start, the friendly and courteous team informed me prior to any work done and what they would be doing. They kept me informed of how things were going and at the end ran me through all the work they completed.

Of particular note, I asked Mao a question about my outlets that were not apart of the project. He took a look for me and informed me of potentially hazardous electrical situation I had in my home. He coordinated with two other team members and they came to inspect my electrical system.

Because of Mao and the information he brought to me, I am having some much needed upgrades on my electrical system. This was done in the name of safety.

I could not have been more pleased with this crew and Mao. If you are needing quality and honest work to be done in your home. I highly recommend them!

Update 3/25/24

Had Dave come out today as I had a concern with an overhead light. He took his time with me. Asked several questions, investigated the light, electrical panel and offered a few options but came down to the best option for me which honestly was the best explanation in my situation. Try a different light bulb.

Now another company may gone on and pushed me into a more expensive option that I may have not needed. His honest work ethic just gave the real solution.

This is why time and again I keep choosing this company. Dave, thank you!

I will continue to use this company for their integrity, professionalism and excellence.

2/2/26 update

I called to see if I could get an appointment because my hot water was just trickling out of bathtub spout. I was told someone would come out today.

Erik showed up within 2 hours. He listened to me, asked pertinent questions, explained what he was going to do after his evaluation and quote and began his work.

He completed it in under an hour. He also suggested another job that he highly recommended. Gave me a quote for it as well.

He was polite, professional and my problem was solved quickly.

Again and again I turn to Aquarius and I am not disappointed. Thank you, Erik!

Two days after having Aquarius come out and solve a leaky drain issue, my water heater decided to die! Their tech, Max was great. He solved the leaky pipe issue and and gave me options to consider for the future but was not pushy. When I discovered the water heater issue I called Aquarius again since they were so awesome earlier in the week. Micah came out in less than 24 hours. He was on time and friendly. I have had this water heater since 2002! Once again Aquarius was easy to schedule with and had someone out the next day! 3 hours after arriving, I had a nice shiny new water heater! The techs were friendly and professional. They answered all my questions and did a great job! I highly recommend Aquarius Home Services!
