Mike was on time with good communication . Even brought his own door mat ! And wore shoe coverings...very pleasant and friendly. We had an issue with water not being soft when it should have been, and he did some exploring and found a few issues then gave us recommedations and options. He took the time needed to find and resolve the problem, and patiently answered our questions. We will request him on the next routine maintenance call. Very happy and recommend Mike !

2 installers worked about 4 1/2 hours installing my new softener and drinking water filtration system. I love it. Clean, organized job of fitting components and plumbed lines into my utility closet. The reverse osmosis system fits compactly under my sink with a nice faucet installed. Very happy.

Nate did a great job solving an electrical issue at our home and did a great job installing two ceiling light fixtures!

OK, I am adding to my past reviews..I cannot say enough good things about this company!! Nick just left inspecting new Furnace that was installed perfectly.
Sadly, I can't remember their names..YIKES!! Im sorry.
Paul the Plumber came a couple months ago & fixed a broken water-pipe that required special skills..or we would have had to go a very complicated-expensive route.
AND Paul came back with Andrew to install our NEW Water heater and replaced all hardware in bathroom & turn off valves.. THESE GUYS ARE SKILLED AND LOVELY!!

I had the pleasure of working with Daniel White and his trainee Dan 2 years ago..repairing our air conditioner that was "improperly installed" by Center Point.

In the past we worked with Josiah and Cooper from Aquarius for our water softening system. These techs are AMAZING every single one of the them..SKILLED, PROFESSIONAL and HONEST.

We will now use Aquarius for our air conditioning, ALL appliances "if possible" and water softening service.
VERY HAPPY with this company.

Aquarius, please don't change your company integrity and business philosophies. So many companies such as "Center Point" have become short sighted and does not deliver.

Have purchased two water systems for both homes and a new HVAC system for our townhome in the cities. The people from Aquarius are consummate professionals. Every aspect of our experience from initial consult to project completion was courteous and professional. Highly recommend their products and service.

Aquarius was out and serviced my Kinnetico water softener and Reverse Osmosis water system. They were easy to schedule with and arrived within the window of time we scheduled for. They kept me aware of when they would be at my house. The sent a photo of the tech they sent out so I knew it was the right person. Caillou was professional and let me know all his findings when testing the water and the systems. He was personable and answered my questions. He also wore shoe covers in my house, so didn't bring in any outdoor dirt. It was a great service experience.
