My Service Tech Cole Kahut was amazing. He took the time to really explore my issues and went the extra mile to gather intel to diagnose a problem we have had for several years. He was the first service tech that actually found a solution and took the time to explore all parts of our house to gather info. We were in good hands from the moment he walked in the door and was fully prepared and had done his homework on what issues we were having. if you work with Aquarius and can request a specific service tech Cole is the guy.
