This is the best service organization we’ve ever worked with. They are very capable, very organized, very punctual, exceptional communicators (via dispatch, phone calls, text and emails). Everyone we have ever interacted with from Aquarius has been consummate professionals, thoughtful and considerate people. Hanna & the trainee that wad with her were a pleasure to have in our home to perform the annual inspections, service and regular maintenance on our residential water systems (RO system/ water softener system and while house water filtering).

Josh performed tuneups on both furnaces at our duplex and investigated one of the AC units which wasn’t working properly. He was great! Took the time to explain a number of things to us, especially what we should do to allow everything to work more efficiently and potentially last longer. I can’t say enough about what a pleasant experience he was (even though he had to be the one to tell us our AC unit was toast).
