Fast service and quick fix.

I had purchased a drinking water system and water softener from Aquarius 8 years ago. I've had zero problems with it. I got a call from service tech Noah a month ago and he explained the maintenance I needed on the system and I scheduled that for today 8/18/2025.

First, I'm certain the maintenance this system would need in the future was all explained to me 8 years ago, which I wouldn't remember. I appreciate the call to remind and explain. Noah was very thorough in his evaluation, in his explanations, and the overall service he provided.

Second, he was courteous, patient, and just an overall excellent technician in doing his job. I find many service providers over the 8 years I have lived here, to fall short in something: service, quality of materials, cleanup, etc. Not Noah. I haven't been this happy with ANY service provider I have had in a LONG time! Thanks Noah! You are welcome here any time.
