Brian did an excellent job today. He knew what he was doing and more importantly, he could explain everything clearly so we know everything we need know to operate it correctly.

Nate was extremely attractive to our description of a problem which led to a complete diagnosis of our problem and a fix including replacing a breaker and correcting a bit of problem wiring. Always keeping us informed. Successful visit.

Jon got to the root cause of our problem quickly and fixed the issue. He was professional and a clear communicator as to what to expect through the hole process.

Very professional work, cleaned up after himself. Wore booties to keep floor clean. Very happy with his work.

It was great to see Nick again for a maintenance checkup; he installed our new furnace 3 years ago.. Nick was accompanied by another gentleman named Nick-in training.. and he did a wonderful job.
Nick has always been so professional-well informed-efficient, very polite and ALWAYS on point. Assuring our furnace & air conditioner run properly..that is cost efficient in the bigger picture. Thank you Nick and Nick!! Great Job..GRATEFUL 🙏🏼

OK, I am adding to my past reviews..I cannot say enough good things about this company!! Nick just left inspecting new Furnace that was installed perfectly.
Sadly, I can't remember their names..YIKES!! Im sorry.
Paul the Plumber came a couple months ago & fixed a broken water-pipe that required special skills..or we would have had to go a very complicated-expensive route.
AND Paul came back with Andrew to install our NEW Water heater and replaced all hardware in bathroom & turn off valves.. THESE GUYS ARE SKILLED AND LOVELY!!

Everyone is BEYOND Professional, TALENTED & Efficient.

I had the pleasure of working with Daniel White and his trainee Dan 2 years ago..repairing our air conditioner that was "improperly installed" by Center Point.

In the past we worked with Josiah and Cooper from Aquarius for our water softening system. These techs are AMAZING every single one of the them..SKILLED, PROFESSIONAL and HONEST.

We will now use Aquarius for our air conditioning, ALL appliances "if possible" and water softening service.
VERY HAPPY with this company.

Aquarius, please don't change your company integrity and business philosophies. So many companies such as "Center Point" have become short sighted and does not deliver.

Reliability in service-kindness and skill MATTERS AND.. IS NEEDED IN OUR COMMUNITIES.
