Max and Kong were super friendly and knowledgeable; did the complimentary drain system inspection; gave me tips on both the Kinetico water system I have and my drainage system; they willingly spent more time than usual as the main drainage access could not be found and the camera had to be deployed through the toilet. They also cleaned a floor drain which was draining slow. The less than $400 fee for future years of peace of mind was well worth it, especially with Max’s and Kong’s professionalism, dedication, and interaction. I strongly recommend them and Aquarius for anyone with drainage issues. I will definitely ask for their services in the future. Thank you for a job well done.

It was time for my air-conditioner to have a tune-up. I made the appointment with Aquarius Home Services. The person who did the service, Marcus, HVAC Service Professional, could not have been any nicer. My kitty, Daisy, also agrees with this as she took an immediate liking to Marcus.
Marcus was kind, polite, and patient with his answers and explanations to my inquiries. He was knowledgeable and efficient with the service and recommended a plan for my future HVAC needs. Daisy and I hope that our paths will lead to another stellar meeting with Aquarius, and maybe even seeing Marcus again.
