Jeremy was top notch. He explained what I should have done and why along with the costs. He also explained the type of value he would install. We did not opt for the top option but picked the one best for us at this time. Jeremy was not pushy and understood why and did an excellent job. Mike came out to check out why our old water softener seemed to not be creating soft water. He was prompt, friendly and went through what he would be doing. After he did his analysis work he clearly explained the problem and gave us a couple options. He will be back to rebuild part of the system. First problem we have had with the Kinetico water softener system in the 22 years we have had it.
