Brent was very professional and knowledgeable.

Jon did a great job in discerning the issue. He explained the possible issues. The solution required technical know how and He was efficient in both cost and time.
He gave some good ideas in prevention and maintenance that we will follow. Especially changing our chloride filter more often which seems to be an issue affecting the small intricate parts of a Kinetico system.

Jon was awesome to work with! He did work on our Osmosis system, (which leaked water) and water softener. He was very professional and really knows his stuff. He took the time to explain everything in simple terms, which made it easy to understand what was going on. Summer 2025
We were experiencing hard water issues with our water softener system for the second time this year. Jon came out, quickly diagnosed the problem, and was able to make the necessary repairs. Alec Garza from Aquarius was out to my home for yearly furnace check. He was courteous and a good communicator. He was very good at explaining the different parts of the furnace he was checking. Furnace is almost 4 years old. He answered all my questions. Also recommended
having blower wheel cleaned because of dust buildup. I will have that done.
