Jon was awesome to work with! He did work on our Osmosis system, (which leaked water) and water softener. He was very professional and really knows his stuff. He took the time to explain everything in simple terms, which made it easy to understand what was going on. You can tell he cares about doing a great job and making sure the customer is comfortable with the process. Definitely recommend Jon and Aquarius Home Services!

Summer 2025
We were experiencing hard water issues with our water softener system for the second time this year. Jon came out, quickly diagnosed the problem, and was able to make the necessary repairs. Since we live in a city with high levels of hard water, he also recommended looking into a dechlorinator—advice we appreciated and later purchased. Thanks again Jon.

Alec Garza from Aquarius was out to my home for yearly furnace check. He was courteous and a good communicator. He was very good at explaining the different parts of the furnace he was checking. Furnace is almost 4 years old. He answered all my questions. Also recommended
having blower wheel cleaned because of dust buildup. I will have that done.
