We loved Nick, kind, patient. Some confusion. Nick said if we change filters and hose out condenser every year no reason to set up maintenance plan for 3 to 5 years. Do we still get warranty? He checked out unit and said everything good.

Today they performed it's first inspection and maintenance.
It's a wonderful product.
Aquarius does a great job. Very professional and excellent customer service.

8/22/2023: My AC wasn't working during a heat wave. I called and assumed it'd be at least a few days before a technician could be dispatched but to my pleasant surprise, they sent Mike out a few hours after I first called!
We got along great! He listened to my concerns and suggestions, tested certain components, and repaired the unit. He didn't try to up-sell me on parts I didn't require and even showed me how to install a new thermostat myself. I didn't know which one I wanted just then and he taught me how to install it for whenever I had purchased one.
The system was up and running correctly 4hrs after I first called for help!
Mike deserves a raise and should be considered for training... he would make a terrific trainer. His customer service and technician skills are some of the best I've encountered since well before 2020.

7/8/2025: Dustin stopped by to service my whole house water filtration system. He was professional, courteous, and skilled. We had a fun conversation while he worked. Thanks Dustin!
