Why Kinetico Water Systems?

Cole has been out to our house twice, once for a scheduled maintenance of our water system and once to mitigate spillage of water into our drain. He is always prompt, courteous, and kind. Having knowledgeable technicians who can actually tell me what is going on and what was done to improve our water filtration system is so helpful. He also doesn’t mind when our three small dogs want to “help”. Great service and overall good guy. Thanks Cole!

Aquarius recently installed a new Kinetico Water Conditioning System, including a reverse osmosis water filtration system for our drinking water in our new home. Ryan and Colton did an excellent job of communicating what to expect during installation. They also asked a lot of questions regarding placement in our mechanical room to be certain it was placed where we wanted it. They worked hard and efficiently to achieve a professional installation. When they were finished with the installation they explained how everything worked and what actions were required by us short term to insure proper functioning of the system. They provided advice on maintaining the system as well as offering service plans on our new water conditioning system, HVAC system and water heater. Great job Ryan and Colton! You met and exceeded our needs and expectations. I continue to be very pleased with Aquarius for home system installations and maintenance. They always provide well trained, expert professional technicians.

Great customer service. Bryan explained everything about the water system. Andrew came out to install it. He was very polite and professional. Kept us informed with what he was doing and went over everything when he was done. Would recommend Aquarius

The technician Josh did quality work servicing the air conditioner at my home this year. I appreciate that Aquarius remembered and the technician Josh brought 2 boxes of furnace filters cause id run out of them. But he did a thorough job. then he went through a detailed list of the various parts of the air conditioner . Determining those that are still operating well, and repairing and replacing parts that needed attention. Thank you Aquarius Home Service’s for your all-star service and quality workers.
