Dan W did a great job with the estimate. Looked over everything (current system, venting, electrical) to be sure there wouldn't be issues or what they would fix. Gave me many options to consider. Got right back to me with answers to my questions. Install was great. They come prepared and ready and got done earlier than estimated. All nice guys. Travis, AJ, and the others were very friendly and asked if change in pipe placement was ok. After install they went over the system and things to do or not do. They also set up the new thermostat and helped me set it up in the app. I highly recommend.

August 2025 - System Replacement Consultation - We were extremely lucky to have Derek(Water Conditioning Yoda) install our original water conditioning system over 13 years ago. August 2025 - System Replacement Issue Resolution - Had the good fortune of working with Becky(Resolution Specialist) and Ruth(Membership Specialist) on a couple issues that happened along the way. Ruth’s elite forensic accounting skills along with her endless patience with me as a slow learner allowed us to work through a billing issue very quickly. Ruth was always understanding, thoughtful, considerate and very helpful. Becky helped bring everything home by addressing and resolving any speed bumps we experienced. Becky is responsive, understanding and very fair which allows her to be outstanding at arbitrating and resolving all those wonderful topics that land on her desk. August 2025 - System Replacement Consultation - Had the honor of partnering with Jennifer(Sales Specialist) to determine the best course of action given our situation. Jennifer was an absolute pleasure to work with. Jennifer is fun, knowledgable, supportive, understanding and just overall AMAZING. Jennifer identified the best system for us, was transparent with pricing and worked her scheduling magic to have the system installed as quickly as possible. Jennifer is an absolute delight!

August 2025 - Annual System Maintenance Visit: Had the distinct pleasure of working with Sawyer for the first time today during our Annual System Maintenance Visit which uncovered several issues requiring attention. System issues are never fun but I couldn’t have asked for a better partner to think through the issues, develop a plan of attack and execute against that plan. Sawyer is articulate, empathetic, kind, professional, courteous & extremely knowledgeable. I am very thankful that Sawyer is by my side to determine the best way to navigate these unexpected issues. June 2025 - Sewer Video Inspection: Had the distinct pleasure of working with Stephen today on a Sewer Video Inspection. Stephen was professional, courteous, knowledgeable & kind.

Josiah and Stephen were at my house today for two separate plumbing projects. Both arrived on the time they specified upon booking the appointment. The notification of their arrival was communicated thoroughly and via many channels of communication; text, email and phone call. This manner of communication is very appreciated.
Josiah was here to address my shower head concern and while here adjusted the shower faucet handle and calibrated the water temp. This was all done seamlessly and with 100% professionalism. Josiah kept me informed during the process.
I also had a concern about the slow drain. This was discussed and Josiah called his office, with my concurrence, and scheduled a technician skilled in this area to arrive within the hour to assess the situation. I very much appreciated the promptness of Josiah and the office to be able to schedule this all in one day.
Stephen arrived within the hour. He assessed the project and from his professional experience gave me options of how to proceed to correct the problem. Stephen showed me the condition of the inside of the drain via his equipment with a camera. Stephen spoke through the project with me in lay terms and answered my many questions with ease and professionalism.
The project was completed within the time estimated and with 100% accuracy. The work space once completed was cleaned to perfection.
Aquarius is my "go to" for all my home projects. They are a one stop shop and have technicians who are very qualified in their respective fields. Josiah was out to look at my leaking water heater. He determined that it needed replacing. I chose the option that worked best for me and he was able to get it replaced the same day. I'm very happy to have this taken care of so promptly.
