These are the official rules that govern the operation of the Combo Tune-up Giveaway Contest taking place August 26, 2024 – August 30, 2024. This Contest is sponsored by Aquarius Home Services (“Sponsor”) and is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram. Void where prohibited by law or where prior registration or approval is required, including, but not limited to, Puerto Rico and other US territories or possessions.
Eligibility: This Contest is open to individuals who meet all the following criteria:
By entering a submission in the Combo Tune-up Giveaway Contest, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or an emancipated minor, or at least 13 years of age and possess legal parental or guardian consent to participate in this Contest and that you are fully able and competent to enter into terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations and warranties set forth in these official rules.

Each Entrant will be responsible for ensuring that their participation in, and entry into, this contest is valid and in compliance with their relevant local law. Sweepstakes Period: Entries will be accepted online starting Monday, August 26, 2024 at 12:00AM CST and ending Friday, August 30, 2024 at 11:59PM CST.

The entry must fulfill all Contest requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Aquarius Home Services.
Prizes: The Winner(s) of the Jack-O-Lantern Instagram Photo Contest will receive one of the following:

The prize is nontransferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of Winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by winner is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Kids Quest, Inc. to use the winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation unless prohibited by law.
Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be selected by popular vote under the supervision of Aquarius Home Services. Winners will be notified via email and phone by Friday September 6, 2024. Aquarius Home Services will have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk, or other security settings for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.
If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 7 business days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate Winner selected. Receipt by Winner of the prize offered in this Contest is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
