Mike did a great job. Explained everything that he did and what we had to do. We also found out that we were adding salt at the wrong time and what kind of problem that was causing.Give the poor man a raise. He listened to us babble on. Very nice person. You are lucky to have him.

Derek was very professional, great teacher, and very considerate. 5 stars for Derek. Aquarius...good customer service is about setting and managing expectations. We were told that we can expect installation between 10 am and 2 pm. Only to be called at 7:30 am and notified the tech is 7 minutes away. We had laundry going amd were not prepared at all. You can do better.

My HVAC full system peak performance check with Marcus M. went great. Marcus was very through and helped explain everything he was doing and made it easy to understand every step of the way. He repaired or cleaned up items found on check relating to my furnace making sure it will be ready for the upcoming season and gave me items to look at in future regarding AC. I would 100% recommend Marcus and would hope to have him come for future maintenance needs.
