Caillou did a great job! He was friendly and accommodating and chill with the dog no complaints on my part.
Excellent information, explanations, and help where I needed it.
Nate arrived early to perform our semi-annual service. As we have come to expect from Aquarius technicians, Nate was thorough and professional. He updated me throughout his time here, answering all of my questions, and finished by providing a summary of all work performed. We love our Kinetico softener and drinking system and recommend it to others without reservation.

I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Aquarius. Josiah is a really nice guy. Super smart and helpful. He explained everything very well and was very patient with all my questions. I highly recommend him specifically and Aquarius. The next time I have any trouble- I will call them. I think the money I spent with Aquarius was well worth it.

Great customer care and excellent explanations of our equipment. Our water is safe AND delicious!
Had a new HVAC maintenance specialist-Ethan-today. He was thorough and gave us a complete report on both systems. With the maintenance program we are avoiding major issues by repairing when advised by our Aquarius professionals. Highly recommend this service provider! 😁

Adam did an excellent job installing a water heater.

Nick did a great job diagnosing my existing water system. He clearly explained options and did a great job quickly repairing my system. House was spotless when he left and he even cleaned behind our fridge when he had it pulled out which was very much appreciated!

I’ve been a customer for over 17 years, and I’m extremely happy with their service. We moved recently and installed another Kinetico water softener also had them replace our water heater because the current one was too small. There were a couple of minor problems after installation. They returned and fixed them quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend Aquarius.

Alex was a professional plumber across the board. He addressed all parts of the install and made sure to communicate all parts so there was NO confusion of what he was going to work on and what I could expect. Alex took his time, checked his work over multiple times and once the job was completed, walked my wife and I through his work and our new water equipment.
