From start to finish, Jon was outstanding! He explained what he was doing from start to finish and answered all our questions. He made us feel at ease while explaining our system and its capabilities.
Nick and Wyatt were amazing . I’ve had my Aquarius filter system for about 10 years and have had no problems. Lately started making a clicking sound , Nick and Wyatt came out and got it up and working perfectly. Can’t say enough about their knowledge and professionalism. Thank you !!

No heat in MN winter = no good! My experience as a first time user of Aquarius and it was stellar. Great initial call with a friendly and attentive person setting up the visit. Brandon H came to out to service my furnace and was also friendly, attentive, timely, courteous, empathetic, skilled, knowledgeable...all the things. Heat works, I know more, feels good - can't get better than that! Very pleased with my experience and will definitely be using Aquarius moving forward. Thank you!
Nate was friendly, efficient and patient with all of our questions. He kept us informed of the steps necessary to solve our problem. He is a great example of why we return to Aquarius for maintenance and repairs!

We had Travis do a maintenance check. As expected with Aquarius everything went smoothly. Travis was efficient, polite & willing to answer all sorts of questions we had being new to some of our equipment. Aquarius is a great organization and will be our go to team.

One just doesn't see this type of customer service now a days. Both Nick and Wyatt were thorough in investigating my issues, listened to my concerns, communicated effectively, explained options, and FIXED MY ISSUES! And my dog loved them both!!
Justin was an awesome technician! Arrived ready to go, quickly assessing the Kinetico system and then narrowing in on the specific item for the service. He quickly identified the cause of the problem, taking the time to provide a visual example of what was happening. During his visit he also identified a check valve starting to show its age. Justin detailed what is happening and his concern level, not pushing to be a salesmen, but being realistic that it’s a low concerning item. That being said, Justin did quality work on the softener so I had him take care of the check valve as well. Highly recommend Aquarius and the quality work of their technicians like Justin.
Absolutely wonderful experience with Cooper. We discussed the operation of our Kinetico and how it’s in great shape. Had some salt residue in refrigerator water and ice box in the door dispenser and we decided that since the refrigerator was in the house when we bought it there was probably some salt from the former owners old water system inside the “miles” of water tubes in the refrigerator itself. This was reinforced by looking at the dishwasher and showers and finding no salt residue in either.
Cole and Dirk were at my house today for routine water softener maintenance service. They did a terrific job - tested the water, serviced the softener and patiently explained what they were doing throughout the process. I highly recommend Aquarius.
Justin and Caillou were very knowledgeable and thorough in checking out our water softener. They clearly answered any questions we had and we would definitely have them out again.

Two water experts came to check our problem this morning, we thought it was the water softener. Jon and Ryan, told us we needed a plumber, they were so nice and thorough! That lead to Josiah coming right over! What a nice person Josiah is! He came to assess and repair our sump pump check valve and assess our water heater problem, turned out we needed a new water heater. Josiah got it ready for replacement and replaced the shut off valve and check valve on the sump pump. Josiah got everything set up for the next crew to come in and replace the water heater, the whole process was seamless. Adam and Joe came in to install the new water heater! Yay! They were equally as nice and knowledgeable, got the install done in a timely fashion. Cleaned up and checked the waterpressure. We have had great service today from all the Aquarius techs!!!Thank you, Denise and Deb

We acquired a water filtration system when we bought our home. We finally got around to having someone come and take a look at the system to ensure it was functioning properly and to replace filters, etc. Cole was an absolute pleasure to work with!
