Thomas was our Sales person and explained the Mitsubishi system and configured best ways to install the system for both system efficiency and aesthetics in our 1951 vintage rambler style home. He was considerate, customer oriented, friendly, and very knowledgeable of the Mitsubishi Mini Split system. Jon was the Installation Lead Team member and was expedient, thoughtful, courteous, customer service oriented and explained the 18 BTU Mitsubishi Mini Split system thoroughly. His co-worker Jeff was courteous, friendly and expedient. Mao and Paul the two electricians were also friendly, expedient and courteous. They all were respectful of our home and following the installation of the two components of the Mitsubishi system they cleaned up their respective work areas thoroughly.
