From the beginning to the end, we got the most professional and prompt assistance. Raul came and did an estimate for us and he was very clear and helpful. He gave us the cheapest estimate (AC and furnace) compared to a few other big HVAC companies. Their turn around time was also the quickest. It was a no brainer to go with Aquarius. Within a couple hours, Raul provided us with everything we need to submit this request to our association so we could be approved to install our system. Then the next day we have Kou and Fong arrived exactly when they said they would arrive. Both the estimate and installation appointments actually use a notification system that lets us know when they are on their way, the ETA, and where they are exactly. It was SUPER helpful. Kou and Fong were so knowledgeable that everything went as easy and smooth as we could imagine. They were professional and friendly, explained everything we need to know about our new system. Kou also made some necessary additional adjustments so that we are up to code on some things. We absolutely love the three guys we had dealt with from Aquarius! Referrals from us will happen for sure!

Knew it had been a while since I last had my system checked. Reached out to Aquarius and they sent out Jimmy. Jimmy was friendly, he is also pet-friendly, my pup approved, and he went through all the steps with me. Had no problem letting me shadow, offered it even if I wanted to learn something. We learned that I probably should expect to replace my systems sooner than later (I was expecting it eventually 15yr/19yr). But he explained all the measurements he was taking, explained what they meant, and what he would be looking for. Overall a great experience.
