Contest Rules
- Winners will be drawn at random.
- We accept online submissions for our Oldest Furnace Contest each year from November 15th through January 31th.
- Owner-occupied residential homes (no mobile home) are eligible.
- Entrants must be the homeowner and over the age of 21 and be legal Minnesota or Wisconsin residents.
- In the event of a tie, the earliest contest entry shall be declared the winner.
- The furnace must be installed and operational and used as the primary source of heating the home.
- The furnace must be a gas forced air furnace.
- The home must be within 40 miles of an Aquarius facility.
- Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash (no cash value) and prizes are non-transferrable.
- There is no purchase necessary to win. No entry fee will be charged.
- The Grand Prize is a new furnace, installed for FREE, up to a value of $7,500.
- There will only be one Grand Prize winner.
- There will be 10 runner-up winners.
- The Grand Prize does not include additional modifications to the ductwork.
- The winning entry is responsible for permits, taxes, any necessary duct modifications, hazardous material removal and disposal, home structure modifications and modifications due to building code compliance requirements.
- Any other modifications are the responsibility of the homeowner. The homeowner is responsible for the removal of asbestos; asbestos abatement is solely the responsibility of the homeowner and must be completed and verified before Aquarius Home Services can install the new system.
- Entrants will not hold Aquarius Home Services, it's owners, employees or partners responsible for injuries, damages or property damage as a result of or relating to the Old furnace contest
- Contest winners will be contacted by phone or email after the drawing. Winners will be notified by December 31st, 2021.
- Aquarius Home Services employees or their family are not eligible.
- All decisions by Aquarius Home Services are final.

- The winning individual agrees to allow Aquarius Home Services to use his or her images, videos, likeness and name in promotional material.
