Cole and Dirk were at my house today for routine water softener maintenance service. They did a terrific job - tested the water, serviced the softener and patiently explained what they were doing throughout the process. I highly recommend Aquarius.
Justin and Caillou were very knowledgeable and thorough in checking out our water softener. They clearly answered any questions we had and we would definitely have them out again.

Two water experts came to check our problem this morning, we thought it was the water softener. Jon and Ryan, told us we needed a plumber, they were so nice and thorough! That lead to Josiah coming right over! What a nice person Josiah is! He came to assess and repair our sump pump check valve and assess our water heater problem, turned out we needed a new water heater. Josiah got it ready for replacement and replaced the shut off valve and check valve on the sump pump. Josiah got everything set up for the next crew to come in and replace the water heater, the whole process was seamless. Adam and Joe came in to install the new water heater! Yay! They were equally as nice and knowledgeable, got the install done in a timely fashion. Cleaned up and checked the waterpressure. We have had great service today from all the Aquarius techs!!!Thank you, Denise and Deb

Ryan and Sawyer did a fantastic job with our install today. They were professional, smart, well mannered, and knowledgeable. I wish we could have them for dinner they were that great. They asked for our opinions on placement and catered to our wants, they left no traces of being here, demonstrated everything and went over it so we would understand. They were fun to be around and we were impressed by their work and attitudes. Would recommend them 100 out of 100 times.
We had Cole out for our 6 month service check-up. He was very respectful and explained everything to my wife as I was not home. He also detailed in his service report was was done and the readings that he found when doing his tests. Excellent customer service Cole..!!
We acquired a water filtration system when we bought our home. We finally got around to having someone come and take a look at the system to ensure it was functioning properly and to replace filters, etc. Cole was an absolute pleasure to work with! We received exceptional service from Erik. The valves he installed were in a very tight space and took a lot of finesse to put in. Erik also took great care to protect our floors.
Cole and Caillou were great. They explained what they were doing and made recommendations. They were very friendly and respectful.Unfortunately, I realized a couple of days later that the hot water faucet, which had been working fine prior to getting the system flushed, no longer put out water. It was a very quick and simple fix for Chris to reconnect the hot water dispenser to the system, after it was left disconnected. If I'd known what to do, I could have done it myself. Everyone involved was pleasant and courteous.
My 22 month old furnace from Aquarius wasn't heating correctly. Aquarius was able to send technician Nick the same day and all is well. So glad it's still under warranty. Great job!I want to add an update as the weather gets colder. Technicians Brent on 11/21/24 and Nick on 1/8/25 did a great job getting my furnace operating so it heats the house. As of yesterday 1/11/25 I have found more water flowing from some internal place in the furnace. To get things to heat properly I have to leave the cover open & put a small towel to soak up water and change it every 3-4 hours. I have included photos of where the water is corroding the metal inside, and a second one showing where I have to put the towel. It may be a safety hazard but what am I going to do? I wonder if this is a defective furnace built during Covid times when everything went wrong. I would like someone from Aquarius (maybe a couple of your great problem solvers) to schedule an appointment with us to fix it once and for all, or replace my new furnace if it comes to that. Thanks!
Alec came for furnace tune up. Did great job. Impressed with everything he checked for and explained.Jon came to check the Kinetico Water System and got the system working the way it is supposed to. Fine tuned the system. Did a great job. Very knowledgeable about the entire process.Both men very knowledgeable about the systems that they were working with.
My Experience with Aquarius was Five Star Plus from beginning to end. Everyone involved was highly professional and explained everything to me as they did the job. Thank You All for a very positive experience.
Both Nick and Wyatt were very personable and professional from the moment they arrived to the time they left. Put down a rug at the front door and wore boot coverings while walking thru our home. Diagnosed problem and gave options for repair. Once repair was chosen they went the work quickly getting the parts needed and making the repair. Tested out system for proper operation and notified when complete explaining and answering any questions.
