Our technician for AC check-up, Timothy, was excellent. We had a deficient component that needed replacing (due to standard wear) and he expertly explained the importance of this part and what it does in layman’s terms. He was very personable and friendly- we would have him or any of the Aquarius Home Services staff out for future check-ups and repairs.

Brad and his crew arrived at the time stated. Brad explained the what they would be doing for the installation of furnace/heat pump. The work was completed in time frame Brad stated it would take. The workers ran a system test to verify units were installed properly and working. Brad explained/showed me what they did and how the units work. Showed how to use the app on my phone.

My HVAC full system peak performance check with Marcus M. went great. Marcus was very through and helped explain everything he was doing and made it easy to understand every step of the way. He repaired or cleaned up items found on check relating to my furnace making sure it will be ready for the upcoming season and gave me items to look at in future regarding AC.
